"Cinemascope" is an imaginary situation presented as part of the "Grand Bellevue" project from 17 to 20 September 2020.
If I remember correctly, this was before the ice age. But it was still cold! I was wrapped up under a big blanket, while the wind coming out of the kitchen freezer, whose door I'd forgotten to close, blew into the flat.
It was a fine day outside, but inside the house stalactites were coming down from the ceiling. My teeth were chattering like sleeping castanets. I was lost, distraught, surrounded by bottles of frozen water with nothing to put down my throat. And it was there, looking at my eyes in the bathroom mirror, that I decided to move out.
I grabbed my clasps and my two slaps from my satchel and ran without looking back. I ran like mad through good weather, storms, typhoons, never stopping.
At night, with my blanket, I sheltered as if in a tent and I could hear the wind blowing and fighting. Tired, I walked. And in the sandy desert, I saw snails sliding on a sledge.
When I finally lay down under a tree, some people came to offer me breakfast and said: "Sir, we have to leave. We're taking the tree and planting it in a flat".
Twenty people, pulling on it, uprooted it and carried it on their shoulders to the next town. Then they told me: "Here, he's good in the house". They were on the second floor. They didn't know that a few years later, they would still have to move him out. But never mind, they laughed all the time.
