The Planck wall
"The Planck wall", the latest creation from the unique saga of the Giants, signed Royal de Luxe, on (5, 6,) 7, 8 and 9 June 2014 in Nantes.
Jean-Luc Courcoult, author, director and founder of the Royal de Luxe street theatre company, wanted to revive the unique saga of the Giants by integrating a new character into it. This new Giant, a witness to the great History and the small stories, will pour out his stream of legends.
This theatrical form, which has become the company’s directly identifiable signature, tells stories specific to each territory on the scale of a city over three or four days, staging Giants manipulated – like puppets – by dozens of Lilliputians.
These urban tales now criss-cross the planet to tell the founding tales mixing eras and genres, those that impress the collective imagination.
An international tour is being planned.
